We give a full refund if you contact us within 15 days of placing the order on our website. The full refund only applies to one domain.
If you wish to be refunded for more than one domain, we will refund the hosting plan but not the domain registration fees. When you place an order on our website, we register a domain with our partners on your behalf. It is not possible to undo this, so that's why we don't refund the domain registration fee.
How to go about it?
The easiest way is to send an email to our support with the following information:
- The name of the domain you ordered.
- The corresponding order number (can be found on the invoice).
- That you want to make use of our money-back guarantee.
Note: Please, make it clear that you want to make use of our money-back guarantee, and not just cancel your subscription. A regular cancellation takes effect at the end of the subscription period, and you will still be obliged to pay the current invoice.
