How can I add more details to the order confirmation?

You can add additional information that will appear on the order confirmation that is sent to your customers, for example opening hours or your phone number.

  1. Login to your One.com Control Panel and click Online Shop.
  2. Click Settings and locate the field Other details under Shop information.
  3. Enter the additional information you want on the order confirmation.
  4. Click Save settings at the top of your screen.
