How can I add more details to the order confirmation?

You can add additional information to your order confirmations, such as your opening hours or phone number, from the Other details field in your Online Shop settings. The information you add will appear on the order confirmation sent to your customers.

  1. Open your Online Shop dashboard.
  2. Click Settings > Shop information.
  3. Locate the field Other details under Shop contact details.
  4. Enter the additional information you would like to appear on the order confirmation.
  5. Scroll down and click Save.
