If you want to restore a backup of your database, you can follow this guide to import it to phpMyAdmin.
- Step 1 - Open your database in phpMyAdmin
- Step 2 - Click Databases in the top-menu
- Step 3 - Click the name of the database you want to import to
- Step 4 - Click Import
- Step 5 - Choose file and click Go
- Step 6 - You're done

Step 1 - Open your database in phpMyAdmin
Read our guide on how to access your database if you don't know how to do this.
Step 2 - Click Databases in the top-menu
Step 3 - Click the name of the database you want to import to
Step 4 - Click Import
Step 5 - Choose File and click Go
Click Choose File and select the database file you want to import. This is an .sql or .zip-file.
Then scroll down and click Go.
Step 6 - You're done
The import is now done. A message confirming the import appears on your screen. You should be able to see the tables in the column to the left in phpMyAdmin.
