Step 1 - Create your first user
You sign up for Office 365 by creating your first user in the One.com control panel. After you have created the user, we will send you an email with your Microsoft login details.
On the day that you create your first user, your 60 days free period starts. If you continue to use Office 365 after the free period, this will also become your billing date.
Step 2 - Install Office 2016
You can now log in to Office 365 to download and install Office 2016 on your computer.
In your Office 365 dashboard, click Install Office 2016 and follow the instructions. Office will be installed in the background, so you can continue your work. You will be informed as soon as it is done.
Step 3 - Install the Office mobile apps
You can install Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint on your mobile. That way you can open and edit your files on all your devices. The apps are available for Windows, Android and Apple phones and tablets.
Step 4 - Set up OneDrive for Business
Set up OneDrive, so you can sync your files to the cloud and access them anywhere. Each user has 1 TB of storage, so more than enough to save all your important documents.
Step 5 - Install Comodo Internet Security Pro
Download and install Comodo Internet Security Pro, on your Windows 10, 7 or Vista computer. You can find the license key in the One.com control panel.
