Switching between Power User and Service Provider View in Plesk

Within Plesk on your Managed VPS, you have the option to switch between two different views - Power User View and Service Provider View. The main difference between these views is the level of customization and the ability to adjust limitations for your VPS.

How to switch views

Click the button Change View in the lower left corner of Plesk. Once you see the pop-up windows, click the blue text Switch to. This will change from your current view to the other option.

Note: You need to be logged in as the owner to switch between the different view options.

Differences between the views

The default view is the Power User View, which you see in our guides at one.com and in the screenshot above.

In the screenshot below you can see what the Service Provider View looks like.

In Service Provider View, you can customize more, set limits, create hosting packages, and much more within your VPS.

If you want to know more about Plesk's different view options, we recommend their documentation, which can be found here.
