How do I remove Bookings from my Website Builder site?

If you want to remove the Bookings add-on from your Website Builder site, you need to remove the Bookings widget from your site and then cancel the add-on via your Control Panel. This guide will take you through the step-by-step process.

Step 1 - Remove the Bookings page from your website

First, you need to remove the entire Bookings page from your website.

1. Go to your Website Builder editor.
2. Open the pages menu in the upper-left corner and click the three-dot icon next to your Bookings page.
3. Click Delete page.
4. Click the blue Delete button in the pop-up window to confirm the deletion.
5. Publish your site again to remove the Bookings page from your live website.

Step 2 - Go to the Control Panel

1. While you're still in the Website Builder editor, go to the menu with the two lines in the upper-right corner.
2. Click Control Panel. This will send you to the front page of your one.com Control Panel.

Step 3 - Find the add-on page

1. Go to My account in the upper-right corner.
2. Click on My products.
3. Find the domain with the Booking add-on you want to remove and click Manage next to it.
4. Click See add-ons in the menu that appears.

Step 4 - Remove Bookings

1. Scroll down the page until you find Bookings.
2. Click the Cancel button.
3. Click the Cancel bookings button in the pop-up window.
4. Click Approve on the next page to finalise the cancellation.
5. And that's it! The Bookings add-on has now been cancelled, effective immediately.
