What is Sanebox?

Sanebox is a tool that helps you take control of your email. It organizes your email by sorting unimportant emails away from your inbox.

It does this by creating a folder on your email account called "SaneLater". All emails that are deemed not important are automatically filtered to this folder. That way you don't get distracted by emails that can wait till later.

Other productivity tools

Besides the "later" folder, Sanebox can also create folders for newsletters and bulk mail. Another option is to delay emails until a time that fits you. You can decide yourself if you want to use this on the Sanebox dashboard.

Train Sanebox

If an email ends up in the wrong folder, you can simply drag it to the right one. Sanebox will remember this for the next time, so future emails from this sender will be placed in the right folder.

What about security?

Sanebox logs into your email account with IMAP. It then analyzes the headers of your emails to determine to which folder it should be delivered. Sanebox doesn't look at the content of your emails and they never leave the server.
