You can cancel Mobile Sync from two locations:
Remember that you need to cancel Mobile Sync for each email account separately.
Cancel Mobile Sync inside Webmail
- Login to Webmail and go to Settings.
- Click Mobile Sync in the menu to the left.
- Uncheck the box for "Enable Mobile Sync".
If you want to reactivate Mobile Sync again, the web space owner receives an email to approve your request.
Cancel Mobile Sync from the One.com control panel
You can manage Mobile Sync for all email accounts on your domain from the One.com control panel under Mail Administration.
- Login to the One.com control panel and click Mail Administration.
- Under Accounts, click Mobile Sync.
- Cancel Mobile Sync by moving the toggle under Status to the left.
- Click Cancel subscription to confirm.
