How do I activate mobile view for my Website Builder site?
You can activate or deactivate mobile view in the Website Builder editor from the Mobile view editor or Mobile preview. Use the toggle in the bottom-left corner to turn mobile view on or off. When mobile view is active, your published site is optimised for phones and tablets.
What happens when mobile view is active?
When mobile view is active, Website Builder optimises your site for mobile devices when you publish it. Visitors using a phone or tablet will see the mobile-friendly version of your site.
If you deactivate mobile view, visitors will see the desktop version of your site on all devices.
Note: After activating mobile view or making changes to it, publish your site for the changes to appear online.
Where can I activate it?
- Open your Website Builder editor.
- Open the Mobile view editor (with Ctrl + J) or Mobile preview.
- Use the toggle in the bottom-left corner to activate or deactivate mobile view.
- Publish your site to make the change visible online.
