Normally, it takes 1-2 weeks to validate an Extended Validation Certificate (EV), after you have:
- Completed your order for an EV certificate in the control panel.
- Confirmed your application with the Certificate Authority (CA) Sectigo, via the email they sent.
If the EV SSL certificate is still not validated after two weeks, and you haven't heard from the CA Sectigo during that time, we recommend that you contact them directly by creating a support ticket on their website.
When you create the ticket, make sure to select "EV validation" as the reason for the ticket, and to enter your order number. You can find the order number in the email that you received from Sectigo after you submitted your application from the One.com control panel.

Note: Until recently "Sectigo" was called "Comodo CA". They are still in the process of implementing the new name in all their communications. So you may have received an email where they still use their old name Comodo.
