This article explains where you find your current contact details. You can see and update the contact details for your subscription and domain in the one.com control panel.
The subscription and domain can be registered on different details. In that case, you will see two sets of contact information. Not sure what the difference is? Please check our article explaining the difference between the subscription and domain owner.

Step 3 - Click Edit contact details

Here you can find and update your contact details. If you have the same owner details for both the web space and domain, you will see only one box called Change web space and domain owner details, containing all your details.
If the web space and domain are registered on different details, there are two sets of owner details. One for the web space and one for the domain. This is the case in the image below:
Why can't I update the domain email address without an owner change?
Changing the email address will start an owner change procedure for generic top-level domains (.com, .net, .org, etc.). The domain registry ICANN determines these rules, which are similar to owner changes. These regulations must be followed by one.com.
This is free, of course, when you're changing the contact details of the domain or subscription and not the actual owner.
For country-code top-level domains (.de, .fr, .se, etc.), the rules are determined by the registry for each domain, and in most cases, you can update the email address via the control panel.
If you don't want to do the owner change procedure from the control panel, you can fill out a PDF form instead to change the contact details.
