How to add external calendars in the one.com Webmail calendar

You can now connect external calendars to the calendar in one.com Webmail. This allows you to view your bookings, appointments, and events from other platforms all in one place. 

In this guide, we’ll show you how to connect calendars from Shore Bookings, Google Calendar, and other external providers using CalDAV.

• Connect Google Calendar to your one.com Webmail calendar

Connect Google Calendar to your one.com Webmail calendar

Follow the steps below to add your Google Calendar to your one.com Webmail Calendar:

1. Log in to your one.com Webmail.
2. Click the Calendar icon in the menu to the left of your screen.
3. Click + New calendar.
4. Click Connect to external calendar.
5. Choose Google Calendar and click Continue.
6. In the next window, select your Google account.
7. Click Continue to confirm the account.
8. Select what Webmail by Group ONE can access and click Continue.
9. Done! You've now added your Google Calendar to your one.com Webmail. 

Connect Shore Bookings to your one.com Webmail calendar

Follow the steps below to add your Shore Bookings Calendar to your one.com Webmail Calendar:

1. Log in to your one.com Webmail.
2. Click the Calendar icon in the menu to the left of your screen.
3. Click + New calendar.
4. Click Connect to external calendar.
5. Choose Shore and click Continue.
6. Enter your Shore email and password to connect your account.
7. Click Connect.
8. Done! You've now added your Shore Bookings calendar to your one.com Webmail. 

Connect other external calendars (CalDAV)

Follow the steps below to add other external CalDAV calendars to your one.com Webmail Calendar:

1. Log in to your one.com Webmail.
2. Click the Calendar icon in the menu to the left of your screen.
3. Click + New calendar.
4. Click Connect to external calendar.
5. Choose Other and click Continue.
6. Enter the Server URL, Username and Password.
7. Click Connect.
8. Done! You've now added your external CalDAV calendar to your one.com Webmail.
