Upcoming changes for .dk domains managed by Punktum dk

Punktum dk, the registry for all .dk domains, is changing how domains are managed.

In the future, .dk domains can no longer be managed directly through Punktum dk and must instead be handled via a registrar such as one.com.

Important dates

• 1 July 2026 – New .dk domains can no longer be managed via Punktum dk. They must be managed via a registrar.
• 30 June 2028 – Last date to move domains still managed via Punktum dk to a registrar.

What does this mean for you?

• If your .dk domain is still managed via Punktum dk, you will need to move it to a registrar before 30 June 2028.
• If your .dk domain is already managed via a registrar (like one.com), you don’t need to do anything - this change does not affect you.
• Punktum dk has started informing customers now. While you are not required to act immediately, we recommend transferring your domain already now.

How to transfer to one.com

If you already have a subscription with one.com, but your domain is registered with Punktum dk, we recommend using Punktum dk's fast-track transfer service. This can be done through the Punktum dk self-service portal:

1. Log in to Punktum dk self-service.
2. Click on the domain you would like to transfer to one.com.
3. Go to the Change to registrar management menu on the right-hand side. In many cases, one.com will already appear as a registrar associated with the selected domain. If this is the case, simply select one.com to continue. If not, search for one.com using the Search registrar field below.
4. You will now be asked to approve that Punktum dk shares your contact and domain information with one.com. To do this, check the box in the blue consent bar. 
5. Copy and save the authorisation code (Auth-ID) shown on the form, then click Complete transfer at registrar. 
6. Repeat these steps for any additional domains you want to transfer.

If the fast-track transfer cannot be completed, you can use the Auth-ID that you copied in step 5 to complete the transfer manually by following these steps:

1. Log in to the one.com Control Panel.
2. Click Start transfer in the banner at the top of the dashboard.
3. Enter the Auth-ID in the transfer form.
4. Click Transfer
