How do I share blog posts on social media with Aida? Aida AI assistant

You can share blog posts from Aida AI Website Builder directly to your social media channels. Ask Aida to share a blog post or use the Share icon in your blog posts list. Aida can generate a caption tailored to your content and the selected platform, which you can review and edit before publishing. You can connect up to three social media accounts, but you can only share to one channel at a time.

Step 1 - Create or choose a blog post to share

Before sharing a blog post on social media, you need to have a blog post in Aida AI Website Builder. You can create one manually, ask Aida to create it for you or use an existing post.

Option 1 - Create a blog post with Aida

  1. Ask Aida in the chat to create a blog post about your chosen topic. For example, "Create a blog post about our latest products."
  2. Go to Blog > Posts, open the newly created blog post and make any necessary changes.

Option 2 - Create a blog post manually

  1. Open Aida AI Website Builder and click the Blog icon in the left-hand menu.
  2. Go to Posts and click + Create post.

  2. Click the Share icon next to the blog post you want to share.

Note: If you've already connected a social media account, you can skip this step and select your account when sharing a blog post.

Step 3 - Open the Social Share workspace

Once you've connected a social media account, you can open the Social Share workspace in two ways: through Aida Chat or from your blog posts list.

Option 1 - Via Aida Chat

  1. Ask Aida to share your blog post on social media. Aida may also suggest sharing a post after creating it.
  2. Follow the prompts to choose the social media account you want to use.
  3. Click Open social workspace in the Aida chat.

Option 2 - Via the Posts page

  1. Go to Blog > Posts.
  2. Click the Share icon next to the blog post you want to share.
  3. Select a connected social media account from the list to open the social workspace.

Step 4 - Review and edit your social media post

In the Social Share workspace, you can review your social media post before publishing. Aida can generate a caption based on your blog post and tailor it to the selected social media platform.

You can:

  • Adjust the media: Review or change the image used in your post.
  • Edit the text: Adjust the caption to match your preferred message.
  • Preview the post: See on the right how your content will appear on the selected platform.

Want to share your post on another social media channel? Aida may ask if you'd like to continue after publishing, or you can ask Aida to share the post on another connected channel.
