When is Cloud server billed?
Cloud server is billed monthly, starting from the date that you activated your first server. The invoice covers your usage over the past month and will be deducted automatically from your registered credit card.
It is billed separately from your web hosting subscription or any other services you have at One.com.
Example: If you added your first server on the 5th of October, you will receive your first invoice on the 5th of November, and so forth. The invoice will cover the usage per server over the past month.
How is my usage calculated?
If a server has been existent for less than 28 days, the price is calculated per hour. If a server has been existent for 28 days or more, you pay the monthly price. The usage is calculated per created server or entity.
On your invoice you can see an overview, per server and the hours it has been active. Click here to download an example invoice.
Note: Please keep in mind that even if you turn a server off, it will still count towards your usage. You need to delete it completely for it not to show up on your invoice.
When will you deduct payment from my credit card?
We will charge your credit card within 5 days after we send your invoice. The invoice is always send on the date that you created your first server.
Where can I find my invoice?
You can find your invoice in the One.com control panel, under Subscriptions.
Tip: Here you can also see an overview of your usage so far during the current month.
- Log in to your One.com control panel.
- Click the menu in the top-right corner and select Subscriptions.

Do I need a credit card to use Cloud server?
Yes, you need to register a valid credit card to use Cloud server. We will automatically deduct your monthly payment from this card.

What happens when the network transfer limit is reached?
When you have reached the transfer limit for your server, the bandwidth is downgraded from 1 Gbps to 10 Mbps. We will notify you when this happens.
We will not bill you for the additional usage. If you want to restore to full bandwidth, you can upgrade to a larger package or wait until your new billing cycle begins.
