Abra Outlook e selecione Tools. Clique em Account Settings

Escolha IMAP como seu tipo de conta

Para Incoming mail server (IMAP), insira imap.one.com, example.com sendo seu domínio alojado por One.com. Para Outgoing mail server (SMTP), insira send.one.com

Em Logon Information insira o e-mail address e password que você criou no painel de controlo

Clique em More Settings

Selecione Outgoing Server e depois My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication

Selecione Advanced.
Em Incoming Server (IMAP) insira 993 e selecione SSL.
Em Outgoing server (SMTP) insira 465 e selecione SSL.
Em Root folder path, insira INBOX com letras maiúsculas.

Clique em OK

Clique em Next
