How do I change my email password?

This guide explains how to change your email password through your one.com Control Panel and Webmail.

In the one.com Control Panel

You can change your Webmail password in the one.com control panel under Email if you have forgotten it. Here you can manage all email accounts on your domain.

If you don't have access to the control panel, check our guide on how to reset an email password.

1. Log in to the one.com Control Panel.
2. Click Go to Mail administration on the Email and Microsoft 365 tile.
3. Locate the email address you want to change the password for.
4. Click the three dots under Settings on the right side of your screen.
5. Select Change password in the menu that appears.
6. Type in your new password.
7. Repeat the password you just entered.
8. Click Save to save your changes.

Note: It may take up to 5 minutes before you can log in with your new password.

In Webmail

If you still remember your email password and you just want to use a different one, you can change it inside Webmail. You don't need access to the control panel for this.

1. Log in to Webmail with your email account.
2. Click the Settings icon in the menu to the left.
3. Click Security in the left-hand menu.
4. Click Change password.
5. Type in your current password.
6. Type in your new password.
7. Confirm your new password by typing it in again.
8. Click Save to save your changes.
