How do I change my email password?
Depending on your access, you can change your email password in the one.com Control Panel or in Webmail.
- If you’ve forgotten the password, you can change it from the Control Panel.
- If you can still log in with your email address and associated password, you can change it in Webmail.

Change password in the Control Panel
If you have forgotten your Webmail password, you can still change it from the Control Panel under Email. Here, you can manage all email accounts on your domain.
If you don't have access to the Control Panel, check our guide on how to reset an email password.
- Log in to the one.com Control Panel.
- Click the arrow on the Email and Microsoft 365 tile.
- Find the email address for which you want to change the password.
- Click the three dots under Settings on the right-hand side.
- Choose Change password in the menu that appears.
- Type in the new password.
- Repeat the password you just entered.
- Click Save to save your changes.
Note: It may take up to 5 minutes before you can log in with your new password.

Change password in Webmail
If you can still log in to Webmail and want to change your password, you can do this from Webmail itself. You don't need to access the Control Panel for this.
- Log in to Webmail with your email account and current password.
- Click the Settings icon in the menu to the left.
- Go to Security in the left-hand menu.
- Click Change password.
- Type in your current password.
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm your new password by typing it again.
- Click Save to update your changes.
