How can I export my Online Shop orders to a CSV file?
You can export the orders in your Online Shop to a CSV file. Open the file in Excel or other spreadsheet programs to analyse your sales.
Step 1 - Go to the Orders page in the Online Shop
- Log in to the control panel and open the Online Shop dashboard via the Website Builder dashboard.
- Go to Orders in the menu on the left and select the order list from which you want to export orders.
- If you want to export specific orders, you must select the order(s) you wish to export by ticking the box next to it/them.
- Go to Actions in the top-right corner and select Export in the drop-down menu.
Step 2 - Select what you want to export
Select which orders you want to export. You have the following options:
- Current page - all orders visible on the active page right now.
- All orders - all existing orders in your shop, with or without archived orders.
- By date - orders received within a specific period.
- Selected orders - orders you have selected in the previous step before you clicked Export.
Click Ok to save the CSV file on your computer.
