Where are my backups stored?
Your backups are stored in the directory backups on your web space, located one level above the directory where your web space files are stored. This directory is only generated and accessible with an active Backup & Restore subscription.
To access this directory, you need to log in via SFTP, as File Manager cannot be used for this.
If you want to restore or download a backup? The easiest way is to use Backup & Restore in the Control Panel.
Note: Website Builder backups are stored on a separate server and cannot be accessed via your web space. You can only manage them within Website Builder.
