This guide shows you how to upgrade and downgrade between Exchange plans through the Control Panel at one.com.
How to upgrade between Exchange plans
Follow the steps below to upgrade your Exchange account to another plan:
- Click See more in the Email tile in your one.com Control Panel
- Locate the email account you want to upgrade to a higher plan
- Click the three dots to the right of the email account
- Click Upgrade in the drop-down menu
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want
- Select payment information and Approve
How to downgrade between Exchange plans
Follow the steps below to downgrade your Exchange account to another plan:
- Click See more in the Email tile in your one.com Control Panel
- Locate the email account you want to downgrade to a smaller plan
- Click the three dots to the right of the email account
- Click Downgrade in the drop-down menu
- Click Downgrade on the plan you want
- Read and tick the box that says "I'm aware of losing stored files and Office apps access when downgrading from Business Standard to Exchange Online" / "I'm aware of not being able to use my desktop applications when downgrading from Business Standard to Business Basic", depending on which plan you're downgrading from.
- Click Downgrade to confirm.
