How to move an Exchange account from another provider
- Backup your email files.
- Backup all your OneDrive (PPT, Word, Excel…)files.
- Cancel and delete the old subscription.
- Create the new Exchange subscription with one.com.
- Upload your email files.
- Upload your OneDrive files.
Note: If you create an email account in one.com on the same domain, you'll not be able to access the files on your old domain. Please follow the steps below to transfer your files.
