How can I reset my Exchange password?

This guide will walk you through the steps to reset your Exchange password, ensuring you regain access quickly and securely.

Step 1 - Send a temporary password link

If you have forgotten your Exchange password, you'll need to contact the administrator of the one.com control panel. From the control panel, the admin can send you a temporary password to a secondary email address.

How to send a temporary password link through the one.com Control Panel:

1. Go to the Mail administration page.
2. Click the three dots to the right of the account.
3. Click Forgot password.
4. Enter an email address where we'll send the temporary password and click Send.

Step 2 - Change your password using the temporary password link

When you have gotten the email with the temporary password, you can log in to your Microsoft account and change it from there.

1. Log in to your Microsoft account.
2. Click Change password to change your Exchange password.
