This guide shows you how to find and manage your FTP and SSH within Plesk. It will also cover how to find your current details and how to change them.

Step 1 - Access your Plesk Control Panel
Via your one.com Control Panel, click on VPS in the top menu located at the center. Click the Cloud Server you want to manage.
From the VPS panel, you click on the Plesk button below Shortcuts.
Step 2 - Go to Connection Info
Once in the Plesk Control Panel, locate the Websites & Domains option in the menu on the left, then click on Connection Info under Files & Databases.
Step 3 - System user credentials
When you've clicked Connection Info, a page displaying your FTP details will appear on the left side of your browser.
Under System user credentials, you can check your IP address, change your username and password, and manage your SSH access. There is also an option to create an Additional FTP account.
Step 4 - Manage your SSH access
If you want to manage your SSH access, you click Manage access.
On the next page, you can manage your SSH access by choosing the Type you wish.
