If you have purchased Bookings for our Website Builder, you can easily manage your appointments using the Bookings tab in the one.com Companion app.
It offers a quick overview of your upcoming bookings, allows you to search for appointments by date, and filter them by status. You can also cancel appointments if necessary. Additionally, the app lets you set your availability and define the services you wish to offer to your customers.
The Bookings tab has three sections:
Here, you can find more information about the various functionalities:
Overview
Tap Overview to see a list of all your bookings. Use the Date filter to select a specific date or the Status filter to view Upcoming, Completed, or Cancelled appointments.

To see more details:
Tap on a specific appointment to open its detailed view. -
To delete an appointment:
Scroll down in the detailed view and tap the Delete button. -
To open the Booking settings:
Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner. Now, you can set the booking and cancellation deadlines and include contact details for confirmation and cancellation emails.
Tip: Initially, you will see options to add your availability and services to help you get started.
Availability
Tap Availability to manage your general availability and time off.

To set your available days:
Toggle the switch next to your available days, then click Save to apply the changes. -
To edit the availability:
Tap the pencil icon next to the weekday. Select the timeslots when you are available and save. -
To add time off:
Scroll down and tap the button under Time off. Select the day(s) and time and save. -
To edit time off:
Tap the pencil icon next to the time off you created. Then, make your changes and save.
Services
Tap Services to add and manage the services that are offered.

To add a new service:
Tap on the plus icon in the bottom-right corner of your display. Add all the details and (optionally) an image which can be replaced or deleted later. Tap Save in the top-right corner. -
To edit or delete a service:
Tap the three dots next to the created service. Then, follow the flow and save the changes or confirm the deletion. -
To change the order of services:
Tap Reorder in the top-right corner of the service overview. You can then rearrange them via drag-and-drop. Tap Done in the top-right corner to save.
