How can I cancel SaneBox?

This guide explains how to cancel SaneBox through your one.com Control Panel.
From the Mail Administration section, you can also manage SaneBox for all email accounts on your domain.

Follow the steps below: 

  1. Log in to the one.com Control Panel.
  2. In the menu on the left, click on Email and Microsoft 365 to open the Mail administration.
  3. Under Your email accounts, locate the address you want to cancel SaneBox for.
  4. Click the three dots under Settings on the right side of your screen.
  5. Select Deactivate SaneBox in the menu that appears.
  6. Click Cancel subscription to confirm.
