How can I cancel SaneBox?

In this guide, we show you how you can cancel SaneBox. You can cancel SaneBox from two locations:

• In the one.com Control Panel under Mail administration
• Inside Webmail under Settings

Cancel SaneBox from the one.com Control Panel

You can manage Sanebox for all email accounts on your domain from the one.com Control Panel under Mail Administration.

1. Log in to the one.com control panel.
2. Click on the Email tile to go to mail administration.
3. Under Your email accounts, locate the address you want to cancel SaneBox for.
4. Click the three dots under Settings on the right side of your screen.
5. Select Deactivate SaneBox in the menu that appears.
6. Click Cancel subscription to confirm.

Cancel Sanebox inside Webmail

1. When logged in to your Webmail, click the Settings icon in the menu to the left.
2. Click SaneBox in the menu to the left.
3. Click "Do you want to cancel your subscription?"
4. Click Cancel subscription to confirm.

An email will be sent to the owner of the web hosting subscription with a confirmation that SaneBox has been cancelled for this account.
