Did you forget the password for an email account created on a domain hosted with One.com? Then read this guide on how to get a new one.
Are you the administrator of the hosting subscription? - Then you can change the passwords for all email accounts on your domain in the One.com control panel under Mail Administration.
Check our guide on how to do this: How do I change my mail password?
If you don't have access to the control panel and you forgot your email password, you can send a change password request to the administrator by following these steps:
- Open the forget password page, type in the email address for which you need a new password and click Send.
- The administrator of the hosting subscription will now receive an email from "email@example.com" with the following subject: "Reset the password for (your-email-address)". The email is sent to the contact email address.
- Ask the administrator to reset the password and then to give you the new password, so you can log into Webmail.
Tip: Once you have regained access to your email account, we recommend that you change the password again, to one of your own choice.
