Did you forget the password for an email account linked to a domain hosted with one.com? Then read this guide on how to get a new password.
Are you the administrator of the hosting subscription? - Then you can change the passwords for all email accounts on your domain in the one.com control panel.
Check our guide on how to change your email password.
If you are not the administrator, and you don't have access to the one.com control panel, you can send a change password request to the administrator by following these steps:
- Open the forgot password page, type in the email address for which you need a new password, and click Send.
- The administrator of the hosting subscription will now receive an email from "robot@one.com" with the following subject: "Reset the password for (your-email-address)". The email is sent to the contact email address (the primary contact address we have registered for the administrator).
- Ask the administrator to reset the password and then to give you the new password, so you can log in to Webmail.

Tip: Once you have regained access to your email account, we recommend that you change the password again, to one of your own choice that you are more likely to remember.
