How to use Webmail in the one.com Companion app
With Webmail in the Companion app, you can check and manage your emails on the go.
Depending on which version of the app you are using, the login flow and behaviour differ slightly.
If you’ve already created one or more email accounts, you’ll see the Mail tab in the app. From here, you can read, write, and organise your emails quickly and easily – right from your mobile device.
Moreover, you will receive a push notification on your phone whenever you receive a new email.

How to log out of an account
- If you have a single email account and wish to log out, you can find the exit icon in the top-right corner of your inbox. This will trigger the log out pop-up. Confirm by tapping on Log out.
- If you have several email accounts, you must tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of your inbox and then select the current account. This will trigger the log out pop-up. Confirm by tapping on Log out.
- To log out of the Business Portal, click More in the bottom menu --> Settings --> Log out.
Note: If you log out of your only email account, the app will be reset.
If you're logged in to Webmail only (not the Business Portal), you can also reset the app by clicking your Profile icon in the upper right corner --> App settings --> Reset the app. This clears the current login and returns the app to its default state.
