How does SocialPilot work?
SocialPilot is an add-on product which is included in Website Builder plans from Mini/Starter and up. Once you've activated the tool, you can immediately connect all your social media accounts and start managing them in one place.
What you can do with it:
- Publishing and scheduling: Work across major social networks with calendar view, bulk scheduling, queues, and RSS auto-posting
- Content creation: Create content with AI assistance, a content library, an image editor, Canva integration, and Unsplash integration.
- Platform-specific customisation: Includes tagging, location, UTM tracking, first comments, and watermarks
- Engage in one place: Unified inbox for comments, messages, and mentions.
- Analytics and reporting: Performance insights, white-label reports, and best time suggestions.
- Collaboration: Add team roles, approval workflows, client invitations, and internal feedback.

Who can access it?
SocialPilot is currently available in English for all one.com customers. It's included in Website Builder plans from Mini/Starter and up. The following limits apply:

Note that posting one post to several social media channels counts as multiple posts. This means that if you, for example, post the same content to both Instagram and Facebook, it'll count as two posts.
Where can I activate it?
You can activate the product via the Website Builder dashboard.
After that, your SocialPilot dashboard will be available in the same place.
