How does SocialPilot work?
SocialPilot is an add-on product which you can try via one.com and later subscribe to directly via SocialPilot. Once you've activated the tool, you can immediately connect all your social media accounts and start managing them in one place.

Who can purchase it?
SocialPilot is currently available for all one.com customers with a UK billing address.
Where can I activate it, and is there a free trial available?
You can activate the product via the Website Builder dashboard. Anyone who signs up via the dashboard can enjoy a 14-day trial with full feature access.
- Go to your Website Builder dashboard and click on Social Media in the menu on the left.
- Click the blue Try for free button on the next page to start your trial.
After that, your SocialPilot dashboard will be available in the same place.
After the trial, you can sign up for a subscription via the SocialPilot platform if you want to continue using the product with a paid plan.
Are there special offers for one.com customers?
Yes. If you sign up for a paid plan after the trial period (begun via one.com), you get a 50% discount on the monthly price for the plan.
How does the subscription work?
Although SocialPilot is offered via the one.com Website Builder dashboard, a paid subscription to SocialPilot will work independently from your other one.com subscriptions.
This means you sign up, manage, and pay for your subscription via the SocialPilot platform rather than one.com. If you want to cancel a SocialPilot subscription, you should also do so via the SocialPilot app.
