What is Shore Pay?
Shore Pay is our payment integration for the Online Shop. With an account on this platform, you can handle credit card payments, wallet payments, and transactions from a variety of online payment providers.
As part of the group.one brand, Shore Pay is our in-house payment solution, offering easy data and payment management.
Shore Pay is built on the infrastructure of Stripe, which means that if you've previously used Stripe either with or outside our Online Shop, then the dashboard and the overall functionality should feel familiar to you. How do I get started with Shore Pay?
Shore Pay is available as a direct integration in your Online Shop dashboard. If you haven't previously used a payment platform with your Online Shop, you can create an account, connect it and enable payment options in your checkout via the Payment page in your Online Shop dashboard. Which payment methods can I offer via Shore Pay?
You can offer a wide range of payment methods, including card payments, wallet payments, and other online payment options. The current available methods are:

Do customers need a Shore Pay account to make a purchase in my Online Shop?
No, they don't. Shore Pay allows you to offer and manage credit card and other payment methods, but your customers are not required to log in to a Shore Pay account to use their chosen payment option.

Is Shore Pay secure?
Yes, Shore Pay follows the high-level security practices and standards of Stripe. You can read more about this on Stripe's website.

How much does Shore Pay cost?
one.com will not charge you anything to use Shore Pay in your Online Shop. You're only required to pay the transaction fees and any additional costs associated with activated payment methods.
With Shore Pay, you can benefit from the lowest fees available on a range of popular payment methods. You can find a quick overview here:
- Regular cards: 1.49% + 0.25€
- Premium cards (usually company cards): 1.9% + 0.25€
- UK/EU cross-border cards: 2.5% + 0.25€
- All other international cards: 3.25% + 0.25
- Google pay + Apple pay + Link + Swish: 1.49% + 0.25€
- Revolut pay + Amazon pay: 1.5% + 0.25€
- Alipay: 2.9% + 0.25€
- Twint: 2.6% + 0.25€
- MobilePay: 1.5% + 0.36 €

How does Shore Pay handle fraud?
Shore Pay is powered by Stripe and therefore utilises the same robust systems to accurately identify fraudulent actors. Shore Pay applies Adaptive 3D Secure to high-risk payments as well as Radar AI, a proprietary Stripe system that scans every payment to detect and prevent fraud before it impacts your business.

How does Shore Pay handle disputes?
A dedicated team is ready to tackle any disputes that customers may report. We reach out to merchants, fetch available information and present the best positions to recover the disputed amount.

How soon can I accept payments?
As soon as you've created your Shore Pay account and it's connected to your Online Shop and enabled in the checkout, you can start accepting payments.
If you're setting up an account from scratch and have all your business information readily available, then setting up the account and activating payment methods at your checkout should take less than an hour.
If you're switching from Stripe to Shore Pay and enter the same email address as you used when setting up your Stripe account, we'll automatically take the details from your Stripe account and populate them in your Shore Pay account. Then, you'll only need to review the information to ensure it's still up to date before approving.

How often does Shore Pay transfer money to my account?
The standard payout speed is daily, with a 7-day delay as per Stripe's standard. However, this speed may vary per country, or specific rules may apply. You can see the complete list of conditions per country on Stripe's website.
