Change your display name in Webmail

You can update your display name in your Webmail once you are logged in, and this is the name your recipients will see when you're sending an email to them.

• Step 1 - Go to settings in Webmail
• Step 2 - Find Display name and click Edit
• Step 3 - Enter your display name
• Step 4 - Done!

Step 1 - Go to settings in Webmail

When logged in to your Webmail, click the Settings icon in the menu to the left.

Step 2 - Find Display name and click Edit

Under General, to the right of Display name, click Edit.

Step 3 - Enter your display name

Type in the display name of your choice in the text field below, and click Save.

Step 4 - Done!

You've now added a display name to your emails, and it will show when sending emails from Webmail.

Note: The display name you're adding to your Webmail will not show when sending an email from an email client. The display name must also be added to the email clients you are using, and every email client has its way of doing this. Please follow the instructions for the one you are using.
