Where can I find Aida Mail?
Aida Mail is available in one.com Webmail.
- Open Webmail.
- Click Aida Mail in the upper-right corner.

-
What can Aida help me with?
Aida Mail helps you stay on top of your inbox. Just tell Aida what you’d like it to do in everyday language. Depending on the task, Aida can:
- Summarise unread emails – Get a quick overview of new messages and find out if anything is urgent.
- Search using natural language – Describe what you’re looking for instead of remembering an exact sender or subject. For example, ask Aida to find emails about an invoice you received last month.
- Find information in emails – Ask questions about the emails you’ve received.
If you need help writing your emails, you can use the Aida AI writing assistant. You can read more about that feature in our guide: How to create impactful emails with Aida writing assistant
Note: Aida Mail is still in development, so features and availability may change, and more capabilities will be added over time.

How do I start a new chat or view previous conversations?
You can easily start a new chat with Aida Mail or access conversations from the previous days.
- Start a new conversation by clicking the 'New chat' icon near the top-right of the main chat window.
- You can access old chats up to 3 days after they're created. Click the icon that looks like a clock winding back next to the 'New chat' icon. You'll then see a list of your chats based on topic. All conversations will be deleted after three days and not stored anywhere in the underlying AI.
-
Can I switch off Aida Mail?
Yes. If you prefer not to use AI features, you can switch them off.
- In Webmail, go to Settings > General
- Click Edit next to Aida AI and slide the Use Aida AI toggle, so the feature is set to Disabled.
Once Aida AI is deactivated, Aida Mail or other AI features will no longer be available for that account.
You can continue using the rest of Webmail normally.
-
Does Aida have access to my emails?
Yes. Aida Mail can access information in your mailbox to complete the tasks you request, such as finding an email or summarising a message.
Aida will not independently manage your mailbox. It only works in response to the requests you make. Nobody else using Aida gets access to your emails.
-
Can Aida Mail make mistakes?
Yes. Like all AI-powered tools, Aida Mail can occasionally misunderstand what you mean or generate information that isn't correct.
Always review important information and AI-generated text before using it.
-
Does one.com use my emails to train AI?
No. Your emails and the content you provide to Aida Mail are not used to train AI models.
Aida Mail uses Mistral to provide its AI functionality. The service is configured for the one.com Mail experience and isn't intended to use your mailbox content to train the underlying AI model.
-
Is Aida Mail the same as other Aida features at one.com?
No. You may see AI functionality in several one.com products. Although some features may use the Aida name, they should not be considered one AI with access to everything in your one.com account.
Aida Mail is specifically designed for your email experience.
Data from your mailbox isn't automatically transferred to these other AI services, and they don't gain access to your emails simply because they're associated with the same domain or one.com account.
