How can I install WP Rocket?

What is the difference between WP Rocket and our Performance Cache plugin?

Our Performance Cache plugin is, first and foremost, a caching plugin working with Varnish cache and CDN.

WP Rocket, in addition to being a caching plugin, also offers other performance-boosting features, such as file optimisation, improved lazy loading of images, and much more. The automated page caching makes the site faster by removing the PHP and requests to the database and saving the content to HTML files.

Note: If both a caching plugin and Varnish caching are used simultaneously, it may cause a conflict between them that can potentially result in slower loading times. Therefore, we recommend that you use only one caching solution on your website.

How does the subscription work?

When you purchase WP Rocket, it will be activated for the remainder of your current subscription period. Add-on subscriptions are automatically renewed 30 days before their renewal date, just like your web space subscription. You are welcome to contact our support if you have any questions about this.

How can I cancel the WP Rocket add-on?

If you don't want to use WP Rocket anymore, you can cancel it in your one.com Control Panel in the same place where you cancel add-on products.

The WP Rocket plugin will stay active despite cancellation. You can still use the plugin and all its features, but will no longer receive any updates or support for it, when the subscription expires.

Is there a trial version?
