In deze handleiding laten we zien hoe u uw e-mailaccount instelt met Mobile Sync (Exchange ActiveSync) op uw Windows telefoon. Wilt u uw account liever instellen met IMAP? Bekijk dan onderstaande handleiding.
Note: Before you can set up your account, you need to activate Mobile Sync. You do this from Webmail > Settings > Mobile Sync. Read our guide for more information.
Stap 1 - Kies Instellingen
Kies Instellingen op uw startscherm of in de lijst met applicaties.
Stap 2 - Kies e-mail & accounts
Kies e-mail & accounts.
Stap 3 - Kies account toevoegen
Kies account toevoegen om met de setup te beginnen.
Stap 4 - Kies Exchange
Selecteer Exchange als accounttype.
Stap 5 - Voer uw e-mailadres en wachtwoord in
- Voer het E-mailadres in dat u wilt gebruiken.
- Voer uw Wachtwoord in, hetzelfde als voor Webmail.
- Kies aanmelden.
Stap 6 - Kies gereed
Uw instellingen zijn gevonden en de account is toegevoegd. Kies gereed.
Note: If you have custom DNS settings on your domain, Windows may not be able to detect your settings.
In that case, you need to set up the account manually:
- Kies nogmaals aanmelden.
- Kies geavanceerd.
- Bij Gebruikersnaam voert u uw e-mailadres in.
- Bij Server voert u m.one.com in.
- Kies aanmelden.
Stap 7 - Dat was alles!
Uw account is nu ingesteld en uw e-mails, contacten en agenda worden automatisch gesynchroniseerd.
Let op: Het kan even duren voordat alle e-mails gesynchroniseerd en beschikbaar zijn op uw Windows telefoon.
