Add an Instagram post to your Website Builder site

Want to show a specific Instagram post on your site? This guide shows you how you can easily insert a post on your one.com Website Builder site using the Instagram widget.

This feature isn’t available in the Website Builder tiers Basic and Starter, or in the Website Builder hosting plan Mini. If you’re using one of these versions, you can upgrade your plan and display the widget on your published site.


Step 1 - Select the Instagram widget

  1. Access your Website Builder in the one.com Control Panel. In the dashboard, select Edit site.
  2. Go to the section of your website where you want to add the Instagram widget.
  3. Select Widgets in the menu on the left.
  4. Under Social, select Instagram.

Step 2 - Add a post

  1. Go to Instagram and find the post that you want to add to your Website Builder website.
  2. Click the three dots icon ('...')  on the post and then Copy link to copy the URL link from the post.
  3. Paste the link or code into the pop-up in Website Builder.
  4. Click OK to add it to your website.

Edit the Instagram widget

As with other components, you can change the size of the component itself by dragging the borders via the orange handles. If you click on the widget once you've added it, you can also change the following settings:

  • Settings: Here, you can change the dimensions for the component by entering specific ones rather than just dragging the borders of it.
  • Change post: This option allows you to insert a URL for a different post. That way, you can change the post without deleting the entire component.

Note: Remember to save and publish your changes to see them on your live website.
