In the one.com Webmail, you can block both individual email addresses and entire domains by adding them to the blocked sender list. Emails sent from an address on the list go straight to your spam folder. This guide shows you the steps for both and where to manage your blocked senders.

Block all emails from a domain
To block all email addresses from a domain, we offer a simple solution. Instead of typing each address individually, you can use the asterisk symbol * as a so-called wildcard to block all email addresses from a domain.
Example: To block all emails coming from one-example.com, enter: *@one-example.com
This will block any email ending in @one-example.com, such as info@one-example.com or support@one-example.com.
- When logged in to your Webmail, click the Settings icon in the menu furthest to the left.
- Go to Blocked senders.
- Enter the domain name you want to block using the wildcard. For example *exampledomain.com
- Click Add.
- Done!
Manage your blocked senders

- Click the Settings icon in the menu furthest to the left.
- Go to Blocked senders.
Here you can:
- See which addresses or domains are blocked
- Manually add new addresses or domains
- Remove addresses or domains from the list by clicking the red X icon
