This guide explains how to change the payment method for your next renewal invoice. Please note that this is only possible when there are no unpaid invoices.

- Step 1 - Log in to the one.com Control Panel
- Step 2 - Go to Payment methods
- Step 3 - Select the new payment method
Note: If you already have a payment card registered, you can only update the existing card details. If you want to change to a different payment method, please get in touch with our support to remove your current card.
Step 1 - Log in to the one.com Control Panel
- Log in to the one.com Control Panel.
- If you have more than one domain, select the one you want to update from the drop-down menu under Domains.
Step 2 - Go to Payment methods
- Click My account in the top-right corner.
- From the menu, select Payment methods.
Step 3 - Select the new payment method
- Choose the new payment method. The available options depend on your country of residence.
- Click Update to save your changes.
If the option Add new card is available, you will be asked to enter the new card details. This card will also be saved for future auto payments.
Note: Some payment mselect new payment method.pngethods include an extra fee because of additional administrative costs. If that is the case, the fee will be displayed in brackets next to the payment method.
