How do I add or change my subscription payment method?
This guide explains how to change the payment method for your next renewal invoice. For more information on the available payment methods, check out our payment guide.
- Step 1 - Log in to the one.com Control Panel
- Step 2 - Go to Payment methods
- Step 3 - Select the new payment method
Note: Some payment methods include an extra fee because of additional administrative costs. If that is the case, the fee will be displayed in brackets next to the payment method.
Step 1 - Log in to the one.com Control Panel
- Log in to the one.com Control Panel.
- If you have more than one domain, select the one you want to update from the drop-down menu under Domains.
Step 2 - Go to Payment methods
- Click My account in the top-right corner.
- From the menu, select Payment methods.
Step 3 - Select the new payment method
- Choose the new payment method. The available options depend on your country of residence.
- Click Update to save your changes.
If the option Add new card is available, you will be asked to enter the new card details. This card will also be saved for future auto payments.
Note: If you already have a saved payment method, you can add another order to it or replace it with a different payment method by clicking Options next to the domain. See the image below.
