How do I change my subscription payment method?
This guide shows you how to add a new payment method or change the one used for your next subscription renewal. For more information on the available payment methods, check out our payment guide.
Note: Some payment methods include an extra fee due to additional administrative costs. If that is the case, the fee will be displayed in brackets next to the payment method.
Step 1 - Log in to the one.com Control Panel
- Log in to the one.com Control Panel.
- If you have more than one domain, select the one you want to update from the drop-down menu under Domains.
Step 2 - Go to Payment methods
In the top-right corner, click My account, then select Payment methods.
Step 3 - Choose or change your payment method
The following steps depend on whether you already have a saved payment method. Click on the option below that applies to you.

I already have a saved payment method
If you already have a saved payment method, follow these steps to change it:
- Click Options to the far right of the domain you want to change payment method for and then select Replace.
Here, you can also add another subscription to the current payment method by clicking Add another order.
- Choose the new payment method. The available options depend on your country of residence.
- Click Update to save your changes.
- Your new payment method will now be used for your next subscription renewal.
- Click Options to the far right of the domain you want to change payment method for and then select Replace.

I don’t have a saved payment method
If you're missing a saved payment method, follow these steps to add one:
- Choose the new payment method. The available options depend on your country of residence.
- Click Update to save your changes.
- Your new payment method will now be used for your next subscription renewal.
