Where can I enter the voucher code?
You can enter the voucher code during the ordering process.
- Start the ordering process by typing in the domain you want at the top of your screen on the one.com homepage.
- To the right of your screen, you see your cart, where you can enter the voucher code.
- Type in the voucher code you received and click Add.
- Your discount will become visible in the price overview right away. Click Continue to proceed with the order.
My voucher code is not valid
There can be several reasons why a voucher code is not valid. Please check the following:
- Make sure to enter the code exactly as you received it, without any spaces.
- A voucher code has an expiration date, check the email where you received it.
- You cannot use a voucher code in combination with any other offers or discounts.
- A voucher code can only be used on new orders.
- It is not possible to use a voucher code to settle an unpaid invoice on existing orders.
- Codes may only be valid in certain countries, check the email where you received it.
