Can I add terms and conditions to my Online Shop?

You can add terms and conditions to your Online Shop that need to be accepted by your customers.

  1. Go to your Website Builder dashboard and enter the Online Shop dashboard from the menu on the left.
  2. Click Settings and then Policies.
  3. Find Terms and tick the box for Sales terms & conditions.
  4. Enter the terms you want your customers to accept.
  5. Click Save at the bottom of the screen.

After your customers have entered their contact details, they now need to check a box to accept your terms and conditions, before they can complete their order.

Tip: Click Generate terms to automatically create ready-made terms for your Online Shop. You can then customise them to fit your specific shop. Please note that the terms can only be generated in English.
