How can I enable Premium Mail?

In this guide, we show you how you can enable Premium Mail on your one.com email account.

Note: Premium Mail is only available with the Guru plan. For other plans, you cannot purchase Premium Mail for accounts that do not already have it.

Enable Premium Mail

Premium Mail is included with the Guru plan, which means that all of the email accounts for all connected domains are covered. To enable Premium Mail, you'll need to log in to your Webmail and follow these steps:

  1. When logged in to your Webmail, click the Settings icon in the menu to the left.
  2. Click Premium Mail in the menu to the left.
  3. Click Enable this feature on both Advanced search and Mobile Sync.
