You can publish your Online Shop on your website in Website Builder. This guide will show you how.
Note: It's no longer possible to publish your shop via the 1-click shop option, in WordPress or via an embed code. If you've already created your shop with one of these legacy options, your shop will still be supported. You can switch to Website Builder, but note that if you do this, the change will be irreversible.
Publishing your shop in Website Builder
If you want to publish your Online Shop, insert it on your Website Builder website and republish the site from the Website Builder editor. Online Shop and Website Builder are developed by one.com, and we've ensured that the two are 100% compatible.
Be aware that you need to have completed the Online Shop onboarding before you can follow the process here and publish your shop in Website Builder. You can read more about the onboarding steps in our guide on how to get started with Online Shop.
- Go to the left-side panel of your Website Builder editor and select Online Shop.
- Select the All products grid component and drag it onto your page.
- Adjust the styling and layout of the shop.
- Save and publish your website.
Tip: The All products grid is the biggest Online Shop component, and it displays your full shop. However, you can also promote fewer products on your website with widgets. You can read more about these options in our guide on how to insert your Online Shop products on your Website Builder site.
How do I change my publishing method to Website Builder?
If you're currently using one of the legacy publishing options (1-click, embedded shop, WordPress) and want to publish in Website Builder instead, you can change by following these steps. Again, remember that this change is irreversible.
Note: If you haven't started building your site in Website Builder, you can read our guide on how to get started with Website Builder.
- Go to Shopfront on the left-hand panel of your Online Shop dashboard.
- Select Website Builder as your new publishing option and follow the instructions on the screen. You'll be redirected to the Website Builder editor, where you must follow the setup instructions in step 1.
- Remove your shop from its old location. By doing this, you'll avoid any conflicts when publishing.
