In one.com Webmail, you can make sure important emails always reach you by adding trusted senders. Emails from trusted senders will skip the spam filter and always arrive in your inbox, so you don’t miss out on important messages.
This guide shows you how to add individual email addresses or entire domains as trusted senders.
Add a specific email address
- When logged in to your Webmail, click the Settings icon in the menu furthest to the left.
- Go to Trusted senders.
- Type in the email address you want to add.
- Click Add.
- Done!
Trust all emails from a domain
You can add entire domains to your trusted list using the asterisk symbol * as a so-called wildcard. This way, all email addresses from that domain will automatically skip the spam filter.
Example: To trust all emails coming from one-example.com, enter: *@one-example.com
This allows any email ending in @one-example.com to always reach your inbox.
- When logged in to your Webmail, click the Settings icon in the menu furthest to the left.
- Go to Trusted senders.
- Enter the domain name using the wildcard. For example *exampledomain.com
- Click Add.
- Done!
Manage your trusted senders
