Trust all emails from a domain

You can add entire domains to your trusted list using the asterisk symbol * as a so-called wildcard. This way, all email addresses from that domain will automatically skip the spam filter.

Example: To trust all emails coming from one-example.com, enter: *@one-example.com

This allows any email ending in @one-example.com to always reach your inbox.

  1. When logged in to your Webmail, click the Settings icon in the menu furthest to the left.
  2. Go to Trusted senders.
  3. Enter the domain name using the wildcard. For example *exampledomain.com
  4. Click Add.
  5. Done!
