This guide explains how you retrieve your Auth-ID (also called EPP code or transfer code) in your one.com control panel. You give it to your new registrar to start a domain transfer from one.com. The code will be sent to your registrant email.
If you don't have access to the control panel, please contact our support, and they can send the Auth-ID to you.
Note: Transferring your domain to another provider does not automatically cancel your subscription with one.com, so the domain may still appear in your Control Panel.
If you want to cancel your subscription, you need to do this separately. For more information, please refer to our guide: How do I cancel my web hosting subscription?
Where do I find my Auth-ID?
Follow these steps to retrieve your Auth-ID:
- Click here to log in to the Product page in your control panel.
- Click Manage to the far right of the domain you want the Auth-ID for.
- Click Get Auth-ID in the menu that appears.
- Click Send the Auth-ID in the new window to send the code to the registrant email.
- Done!
I didn't receive the Auth-ID
The Auth-ID is sent to the email address registered on your domain, not the contact email. Please ensure you have the correct email and check your spam filter. You can find the current owner details in your one.com control panel to see what email is registered on the domain.
Note: If you need to change your registrant email, please check our guide: How do I change the registrant email for my domain?
