Want to integrate your accounting tool, shipping program or other services with your Online Shop? No problem. You can use a wide variety of integrations with the one.com Online Shop, and some of them are available as shortcut apps in the Online Shop admin.
In this article, you'll find a list of all direct integrations, their country availability and what you need to connect a specific app with our Online Shop.
Note: If you want to use an app that's not on the list, you might be able to add it using the Online Shop API instead. You can read more about this in our guide on how to use the Online Shop API.
How do I get started with integrations?
You can find all the integrations that are available to you in the left-side menu of your Online Shop admin. Select Integrations, find your app, and click Get Started to begin the setup flow for the app you want to use.

Accounting

Billy
Available in: Denmark
About: Billy is a user-friendly accounting tool for smaller and medium-sized companies. It comes in four subscription tiers: Free, Basic, Plus and Complete. You can read more about these plans on Billy's website (Danish only).
What do I need to set it up? To use Billy, you must create an account for your company via Billy.dk. Once you've done this, you must create an API token inside your Billy account. When you start the setup flow in your Online Shop admin, you will be asked to enter this token.
The API token option is in your Billy dashboard under Settings (left-side menu) --> API token.

Xero
Available in: Xero is available globally.
About: With almost 3.7 million subscribers in over 180 countries, Xero is one of the most widely used accounting software, especially across New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Xero offers three different plan subscriptions: Starter, Standard and Premium. You can read more about these plans on Xero's website.
What do I need to set it up? To set up Xero with your Online Shop, you must create an account via Xero's website. During setup in the Online Shop admin, you will be asked to validate the data exchange and choose a bank account to which payments for paid orders will be booked.

Dinero
Available in: Denmark.
About: Dinero is an accounting programme used primarily by small and medium-sized companies. It is only available in Danish. Dinero offers three different subscription plans: Starter, Starter+ and Pro. You can read more about these plans on Dinero's website (Danish only).
What do I need to set it up? Before setting up Dinero with your Online Shop, you must create an account via Dinero's website. You'll be asked to log in and verify your details during the setup flow in the Online Shop admin.

Mailchimp
Available in: Mailchimp is available globally.
About: Mailchimp is one of the world's leading email marketing and automation tools. Integrating Mailchimp with your Online Shop lets you add your products to your email campaigns. If a user clicks a product in an email, it'll lead directly to the product page in your shop. Mailchimp offers a free subscription plan and three paid tiers: Essentials, Standard, and Premium. You can read more about these on Mailchimp's website.
What do I need to set it up? You'll need a Mailchimp account, an audience list and a store in Mailchimp. If you have a paid Mailchimp account, you'll be able to create a new Mailchimp store during the setup process. Once that's done, you can choose an audience list to connect to the shop before the setup is completed.
You can also select an audience list and use one of your existing Mailchimp stores. Note that this is the only setup option if you have a free Mailchimp account.

Klaviyo
Available in: Klaviyo is available globally.
About: Klaviyo is a marketing automation tool that, like Mailchimp, allows you to set up an integration with your Online Shop and then create email campaigns that include your shop products. Klaviyo offers a free plan and two paid tiers: Email or Email and SMS. You can read more about these options on Klaviyo's website.
What do I need to set it up? In addition to a product list in your Online Shop, you'll need a Klaviyo account to set up the integration. You can create one via their website.
Please note that if you have product variants with differing prices, you'll be asked in the setup process to choose which price (highest or lowest) you want to display in Klaviyo. This is because Klaviyo only supports a single-price option.
