one.com supports 11 different languages, and you can easily switch between them. This guide will show you how to change the language on our website, in your Control Panel, in Webmail, in Website Builder and for Online Shop.

• Which languages does one.com support?

  The 11 available languages are:

  • Danish
  • Dutch
  • English
  • Finnish
  • French
  • German
  • Italian
  • Norwegian
  • Portuguese

• Changing the language on one.com's website

  1. Open the one.com website or one of our one.com Help Center articles.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  3. Click the language selector in the bottom-right corner.
  4. Select your preferred language from the available options.
  5. And you’re done!

  

• Changing the language in your Control Panel

  1. Log in to the one.com Control Panel.
  2. Click on My account in the top-right corner.
  3. Click the current language.
  4. Select the preferred language in the drop-down menu.
  5. And you’re done!

  

• Changing the language in Webmail

  1. Log in to Webmail.
  2. Click your email address in the upper-right corner.
  3. Click the current language.
  4. Select the preferred language in the drop-down menu.
  5. And you’re done!

  

• Changing the language in Website Builder

  1. Log in to your Website Builder editor.
  2. Click the menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Click the current language.
  4. Select the preferred language in the drop-down menu.
  5. And you’re done!

  

• Changing the language for Online Shop

  Currently, you cannot change the language directly within the Online Shop. Instead, you need to make the change from the Website Builder Dashboard.

  1. If you are in the Online Shop, click on Back to Dashboard in the top-left corner.
  2. Click the menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Click the current language.
  4. Select the preferred language in the drop-down menu.
