Logging in to the one.com Control Panel
In this guide, we show you how to log in to the one.com Control Panel. Here, you can change your contact details, create email addresses, access the Website Builder, find your FTP login details and more.
You need to log in with your contact email address and the password you have chosen for the Control Panel. Your contact email address is the address where we also sent our yearly invoice.
- Go to login.one.com.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click Log in.

With the rollout of our new Control Panel design, some steps or screenshots in this guide may look different from what you see now. While we work on updates, please check the guide below whenever the instructions don't match your screen:
Tip: We recommend adding a recovery email address and phone number to your account. That way, you can recover your password easily in case you no longer have access to your contact email address.
