WordPress Site Migration service
Our WordPress Site Migration service helps you move your WordPress website from one hosting provider to another, from one domain to another (both within our system), or from one location to another on the same domain.
What we do for you:
- Migrate your WordPress website either from another provider to one.com (external migration) or within one.com (internal migration), such as moving from a subdomain to a root domain or vice versa.
- Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition with minimal downtime and no disruption to your business.
Things to consider:
- We aim to complete the migration within 24-48 hours, provided all necessary details are received and no major issues occur.
- We only support WordPress CMS migrations.
- Multi-site migrations and sites that are not currently live or functional are excluded.
- Unsupported PHP versions are also excluded from the migration process (PHP version 8.0 or higher is required).
Malware Removal service
Our Malware Removal service service helps you remove malware and abusive content from your WordPress website, ensuring its security and full functionality.
What we do for you:
- We ensure your WordPress installation is fully up-to-date.
- Clean your website from malware and harmful code.
- Update your plugins and themes to the latest versions, if possible.
- Monitor your site for 30 days after cleaning; immediate action will be taken if issues arise.
- Check and adjust file permissions to ensure proper security settings.
Things to consider:
- This service is not available for WordPress Multisite installations.
- We cannot update custom and paid plugins or (child) themes.
WordPress Update service
Our WordPress Update service assists you by ensuring your WordPress installation is always up-to-date.
What we do for you:
- Updating WordPress to the latest version.
- Updating plugins and themes to the latest versions when applicable
- Removing unused plugins and themes to optimize performance.
Things to consider:
- We cannot update custom and paid plugins or (child) themes.
In the event that we are unable to complete the update:
- We will restore the website to its previous state and will not charge any fees.
- We will identify the possible issue within your website and provide guidance on where the problem may lie.
WordPress PHP Compatibility service
Our WordPress PHP Compatibility service helps you ensure your website is optimized for the latest PHP version.
What we do for you:
- Updating WordPress to the latest version.
- Checking and optimizing the website for compatibility with the latest PHP version.
- Updating plugins and themes to the latest versions when applicable
- Adjusting the PHP version in the Control Panel to ensure optimal performance.
In the event that we are unable to update the PHP version:
- We will restore the website to its previous state and will not charge any fees.
- We will identify the possible issue within your website and provide guidance on where the problem may lie.
WordPress Troubleshooting service
Our WordPress Troubleshooting service assists you in resolving 5xx errors and other related issues.
What we do for you:
- Diagnosing and identifying issues causing errors on the website.
- Updating WordPress to the latest version.
- Updating plugins and themes to the latest versions when applicable
- Removing unused plugins and themes to improve performance.
Things to consider:
- We cannot update custom and paid plugins or (child) themes.
In the event that we are unable to resolve the error:
- We will restore the website to its previous state and will not charge any fees.
- We will identify the possible cause of the issue and provide recommendations on how to address it.
Email DNS Security service (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC Setup)
Our Email DNS Security service helps you set up and optimize email security to ensure safe and authenticated email traffic.
What we do for you:
- Enabling SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for your domain (Note: DKIM is automatically added to all domains using our nameservers).
- Creating a dedicated email address for receiving daily DMARC reports, which provide an overview of all email traffic from your domain, including which emails pass or fail the DMARC check.
- For customers who use third-party mail servers (without our nameservers), we will provide the necessary DNS records (available via zonefile tools). Customers will need to configure DKIM themselves.
We will use the standard email address format: dmarc@domain.tld and send the access details via Pastebin. For security, we recommend changing the default password immediately.
Additional Reports:
- RUA (Aggregate Reports) are sent daily and include an overview of all emails sent from your domain, along with their associated IP addresses.
- RUF (Failure Reports) are only sent if an email fails the DMARC check.
reCAPTCHA Installation service
Our reCAPTCHA Installation service assists you in setting up reCAPTCHA on your website to enhance security and prevent spam.
What we do for you:
- Configure the desired reCAPTCHA service for your website, ensuring proper integration.
- Test the reCAPTCHA functionality to verify that it works as intended.
Things to consider:
- Evaluate whether a contact form is necessary for your website, or if displaying an email address would better suit your needs.
- Ensure that you have both the site key and secret key required for the reCAPTCHA setup.
How to purchase
If you'd like to purchase these services, please contact our support team and include your SFTP password in a Pastebin link. If you would like us to migrate your site to or from a host outside of one.com, we will also need additional SFTP credentials and passwords.
Pastebin is our tool for securely sending sensitive data, as an alternative to sending it in plain text via email.
